Introduction:

Supercritical CO2 drying equipment can produce aerogel products. The aerogel produced by this method has stable properties.

2. Excellent thermal insulation performance, thermal conductivity at room temperature can reach 0.012w/m·K.

1, The service life of the machine is 15 years.

2, The extractor cover of this plant uses hydraulic pressure quick opening structure.
3, The max-working extraction pressure of the equipment is 220bar, max-working extraction temperature is 70℃,and
the effective volume of the material basket is 600L.
4, The rubber and plastic foam material are used on all pressure vessels and pressure pipes to keep temperature,
outside is thin stainless steel, which will make our device beauty.
5, The extract, separate pressure and temperature can be automatic and remote controlled by PLC.
